The first industrial sale is a 60,000 SF building totaling more than $ 5.8 million and is located at 7801 Hayvenhurst Avenue in Van Nuys, Calif. Mike Tingus, senior vice president/managing principal and Randy Kobata, associate of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., represented the seller, Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC. The buyer, E&S International Enterprises Corp. ÂÂ a distributor and reseller of consumer electronics ÂÂ was represented by Darren Cline and John DeGrinis of Colliers Seely.
The second industrial sale — The Commerce Center at Van Nuys Airport — is a 34,000 SF building totaling more than $ 3.5 million and is located at 7741 Hayvenhurst Avenue in Van Nuys, Calif. Mike Tingus, senior vice president/managing principal and Randy Kobata, associate of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., represented the seller, Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC. The buyer, City Art ÂÂ a community, non-profit art gallery ÂÂ was represented by Plaza Loans.
ÂÂBoth industrial buildings are part of an approx. 500,000 SF master-planned business park,ÂÂ said Tingus.
