I need the make and model (and link to specifications if possible) to a tractor trailer truck that has an extremely high towing capacity.
I was looking at Mack trucks, and it seems that they have less towing capacity and horsepower than a Silverado / F350 / Ram, to my surprise.

Your basic class 8 (18 wheeler) tractor in the USA is set up for moving a maximum Gross Vehicle Weight of 80,000 lbs.
With special permits, and the right equipment, it’s possible for normal sized trucks with relatively small engines to move houses, buildings and industrial machines weighing several hundred thousand pounds.
